All items sold at THE TEAM FIT, LLC are customized to order per the customer’s specifications. As such, customized apparel is not eligible for return or exchange unless the item is defective or misprinted. We strive for 100% satisfaction of our customers. We are a family owned and operating online boutique and we admit nobody is perfect. It’s possible mistakes can happen. If there are any issues with your order such as a defect or your item was misprinted, please contact us within 10 days from receipt of your order and we will do our best correct it.
Since customized and decorated items are not eligible for return, we encourage our customers to pay particular attention selecting the right size. As we all know, sizes vary from brand to brand and there is no industry standard where all shirts fit the same way. We do our best to guide you in selecting the perfect fit. We highly recommend you review the sizing chart and product description prior to selecting your purchase. We’ve also added some suggested notes to inform you if a product tends to run small, large, long or short. The best way to ensure the perfect fit is to use the measurements chart and either measure yourself or a similar item at home to make your selection.
